Caerulescens Costa Rica

This variety of Psilocybe Caerulescens is from the subtropical region of Costa Rica. It grows in humid lowland forest clearings. It has a slender profile, with a conical cap often bearing a soft yellow-brown tint and faint radial markings which can become darker as the cap matures. The stem is elongated and flexible, showing a mild bluish tint near the base. Found in soil mixed with woody debris and decomposing leaves. These genetics are known to produce dense clusters, in contrast to the more scattered growth commonly seen in the wild.
