Order Processing Time

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri & UK non-holidays) from the date of when payment is received unless otherwise stipulated on the website. Please note that processing times may vary due to order volumes and external factors.

Delivery Methods

We offer various shipping options to accommodate your custom needs. Available delivery methods will be displayed during the checkout process. WIthin the UK we mainly use Royal Mail and Evri.

All orders are shipped discreetly and securely to protect your privacy.

Delivery Restrictions

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that products purchased comply with the laws and regulations of the intended jurisdiction. We do not deliver to countries or regions where the sale or possession of magic mushroom spores is prohibited.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Items

While we cannot take liability for such occurences, we are committed to working with buyers to resolve issues; providing any assistance that we can. Regular issues with the same carrier will cause us to consider using another service.
