What will I receive?
When will I receive my item?
If ordering for Christmas (within UK), we'd recommend before Wednesday 17th December to account for the busy postage period. During 23 Dec - 2 Jan we'll stop distributing but you can still order during this period. Orders will commence being sent from 2nd January 2026.
We'll prepare and dispatch your item on the same day for orders made before noon (UK time) on working days, i.e. Mon-Fri & non-holidays (UK). In the UK you could usually expect to receive your item within 2-3 days. Outside the UK times can vary greatly - so it is better to order well in advance.

Can I return my item?
We only accept returns on unopened items. However if you have received a damaged or defective product, then please contact us and we'll be sure to put things right. See our full refund policy.
