- How do I use this item?
- Mix it with a fully colonised mushroom media. We recommend at least an inch covering on top.
- Do I need to add any water?
- No - this substrate is already hydrated to field capacity. Field capacity relates to the relative moisture content of the soil required for the mushrooms fruiting bodies to harvest.
What Will I receive?
When will I receive my CVG Substrate?
CVG Substrate takes 24 hours to prepare so orders completed before noon (on a UK working day) will be dispatched on the next working day, i.e. Mon-Fri & non-holidays (UK). Orders made after noon (again on a UK working day) will be dispatched the day after the next working day. Please allow 2-3 days delivery time from dispatch. Outside the UK, times can vary greatly - so it is better to order well in advance.
