Product Description
Panaeolus Cyanescens Red Down Under (RDU) have a striking appearance and have been growing in the wild for thousands of years. The name Panaeolus comes from the Greek word "panaios" meaning "variegated" referring to the distinctive spotted or mottled gills found in this genus. The species name Cyanescens comes from the Latin word "cyaneus" meaning "blue" which references the characteristic blue bruising of the mushroom, a visible sign of the high psilocybin content.
This particular lineage originates in Australia. It gets its name due to the red spores it drops from the cap, normally Pan Cyanescens are dark black spores. This variety is relatively stable but there may be some fluctuation in what's presented. For those interested in Pan Cyans this is a great one to observe under the microscope.
These spores are for microscopy study only
