Here we have a classic CVG mix of Coir, Vermiculite and Gypsum carefully curated to field capacity. We offer this in different sizes.
If your growing a mushroom which is prone to blobbing or stalling then we recommend a higher ratio of substrate to grain spawn.

When will I receive it?
Substrate takes 24 hours to prepare so orders completed before noon (on a working day) will be dispatched on the next working day, i.e. Mon-Fri & non-holidays (UK). Please allow 2-3 days delivery time from dispatch. Outside the UK, times can vary greatly - so it is better to order well in advance.
Can I return my item?
