PF is the abbreviation for Psilocybe Fanaticus, the name of McPherson's organisation dedicated to the cultivation and study of magic mushrooms.
A member of the Hymenogastraceae family. Viewed under the microscope, PF Classic spores showcase a distinctive shape (slightly elongated) and colouration.
The PF Classic strain was popularised using the method of PF Tek, known for its simplicity, effectiveness, and relatively low equipment requirements. Very much an old school classic.

- Are PF Classic spores legal?
- Yes, it is legal to possess and sell PF Classic spores in the UK, but it is illegal to grow or consume them. Those outside the UK should be familiar with the legal status of magic mushroom spores according to the intended purpose. Mycology is a rapidly growing activity.
- How long will these PF Classic spores last?
- PF Classic spores should be kept in a cool environment like the fridge (4-8°C is ideal). We recommend to use them within 6 months but it's not uncommon for them to last years.
What Will I receive?
When will I receive my PF Classic spores?
We'll prepare and dispatch your PF Classic spores on the same day for orders made before noon (UK time) on working days, i.e. Mon-Fri & non-holidays (UK), except where there are other non-spore items included in the order, e.g. substrate. In which case orders will be dispatched according to the item that takes longest to dispatch (see dispatch times for other item types included in the order). Otherwise, in the UK you could usually expect to receive your PF Classic spores within 2-3 days. Outside the UK times can vary greatly - so it is better to order well in advance.

Can I return my PF Classic spores?
