These Alacabenzi spores are believed to have a genetic lineage that traces back to a fusion of an Alabama strain and the revered Mexican Cabenzi strain although this is debatable. They are a hardy strain with a resistance to containation.
Alacabenzi is a variety of Psilocybe Cubensis & has been in the community since the early 2000's. These spores are a great option for someone new to the scene with a desire to try out microscopy. The Alacabenzi spores are dark purple to black and subellipsoid in shape.

- Are Alacabenzi spores legal?
- Yes, it is legal to possess and sell Alacabenzi spores in the UK, but it is illegal to grow or consume them. Those outside the UK should be familiar with the legal status of magic mushroom spores according to the intended purpose. Mycology is a rapidly growing activity.
- How long will these Alacabenzi spores last?
- Alacabenzi spores should be kept in a cool environment like the fridge (4-8°C is ideal). We recommend to use them within 6 months but it's not uncommon for them to last years.
What Will I receive?
When will I receive my Alacabenzi spores?
We'll prepare and dispatch your Alacabenzi spores on the same day for orders made before noon (UK time) on working days, i.e. Mon-Fri & non-holidays (UK), except where there are other non-spore items included in the order, e.g. substrate. In which case orders will be dispatched according to the item that takes longest to dispatch (see dispatch times for other item types included in the order). Otherwise, in the UK you could usually expect to receive your Alacabenzi spores within 2-3 days. Outside the UK times can vary greatly - so it is better to order well in advance.
